Attention Seniors – you have one day left!

SENIOR MEMBERSHIP APPLICATIONS – YOUR VERY LAST CHANCE!

Thank you to those of you who have submitted your application. Although we seem to be missing quite a few from some of our regulars. Come on folks, we need your help! Your application form is not only important to tell us if you are playing or not and your playing preferences, we also need ti to ensure all your details are up to date in our database for registration purposes. This is seriously only a 2 minute process. Tomorrow is the deadline. Our club captains are volunteers and they work – they may not get a chance to ring you with a personal invitation. Several versions of the application form are attached below:
 

• Click here for an electronic version of the application form. This is the easiest to complete and contains drop down menus. If you use this form, please save it to your computer or tablet and then email as an attachment. We suggest saving it as YourSurname,YourFirst Name (e.g. Aitken, Leigh)
• Click here for a version of the application form in Word format should you wish to print and manually fill out a form. This can then be posted or scanned and emailed back to us.

JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP APPLICATIONS

Applications are still open for the 2017/18 Summer Season but you only have 1 week left. Applications must be received by 8th September. If you are intending to play as either a full-time or fill-in player, we need you to complete your membership application and return to our Junior Manager as soon as possible.
