Reminder – AGM & Open Day is this Sunday

Our Annual General Meeting will be held at the clubrooms this Sunday 20^th August at 11am. Click here for our official AGM notice.

All financial members are encouraged to attend. Hear about the club’s status and help elect committee members for the coming year. This is your chance to have your say. Positions up for re-election this year are also listed in the attached notice. Please note that whilst many of our committee members will be re-standing we expect that we will be seeking a couple of new committee members. If you would like to discuss taking on a committee role, please contact Leigh Aitken on 0411 238 637.

OPEN DAY 2017 

Our Open Day and 90^th Birthday celebrations will follow this Sunday, from 12 noon until 3pm. We will have Hot Shots, Coaching, Fastest Serve competition, face painter and balloon artist for the kids. All courts will be available for a hit. A BBQ will also be available for a gold coin donation. Full bar and canteen facilities will be available. This is a family friendly day and everyone’s invited so feel free to bring your family and friends and share the news on Facebook! Click here for our flyer promoting the Open Day. SENIOR MEMBERSHIP APPLICATIONS

Applications are now open for the 2017/18 Summer Season. If you are intending to play as either a full-time or fill-in player, we need you to complete your membership application and return to our Club Captain by no later than Sunday 20th August. This takes only a few minutes for you and saves our Club Captains a HUGE amount of time in having to chase people up to find out if you are playing or not. Several versions of the application form are attached below:
 

• Click here for an electronic version of the application form. This is the easiest to complete and contains drop down menus. If you use this form, please save it to your computer or tablet and then email as an attachment. We suggest saving it as YourSurname,YourFirst Name (e.g. Aitken, Leigh)
• Click here for a version of the application form in Word format should you wish to print and manually fill out a form. This can then be posted or scanned and emailed back to us.
